Candidate for Sheringham North By-election chosen

Dick Shepherd, has been chosen to fight the Sheringham North ward for the Conservatives.  Dick has served in the Royal Navy and as a police officer and was a very successful and able councillor for many years.  The by-election will be held on 28 November and campaigning is underway. 

 

Campaigning in Corpusty

This Saturday Duncan’s team canvassed in Corpusty and Saxthorpe. We got a good reception and covered about 200 houses.

Sheringham Branch Lunch

Sheringham Branch held a fund-raising lunch on Saturday 28 September  at the Dormy House Hotel.  Members heard Duncan, fresh from canvassing in Briston, layout his plans for the future.

On Saturday 28 September our Prospective Parliamentary Candidate, Duncan Baker,  and a group of supporters canvassed join Briston.  We were bowled over by the strength of feeling for BREXIT to be delivered and for the support for Boris.

 

Hoveton and Stalham Conservative Coffee Club Meeting 26 September

This months meeting of the Hoveton and Stalham Conservative Coffee Club  saw members updated by our Prospective Parliamentary Candidate, Duncan Baker,  on the progress of his campaign.

As ever we continued fundraising to turn North Norfolk Blue again.

We held our annual garden party on Wednesday 23rd July at East Ruston’s Old Vicarage Gardens, by kind permission of Graham Robeson OBE and Alan Gray.

Hoveton and Stalham Conservative Coffee Club Annual Lunch

The Hoveton and Stalham Conservative Coffee Club held its Annual Lunch today at the Beechwood Hotel in North Walsham.  Guest speaker was James Wild, Chief of Staff to the Rt Hon David Liddington MP, he was accompanied by his wife, Baroness Evans, Leader of the House of Lords.
